Educational Qualification:

Junior Research Fellow

• Candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech, ME/ M.Tech, M.Sc or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Junior Project Fellow

• Candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication,  Instrumentation, Power Electronics Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, M.Sc or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Senior Project Fellow

• Candidates should have passed ME/ M.Tech in Physics / Material Science / Nanoscience / Nanotechnology or its equivalent from a recognized board.

JPF/ SPF

• Candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech, Masters Degree, M.Sc, MS, ME/ M.Tech in Physics, Material Science, Nanoscience, Nanotechnology or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 35 Years

• Junior Research Fellow – Rs. 25,000 – 31,000/-
• Junior Project Fellow – Rs. 23,000/-
• Senior Project Fellow – Rs. 25,300/-
• JPF/ SPF – Rs. 23,000 – 25,300/-
