- Candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Power Electronics Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, M.Sc or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Senior Project Fellow
- Candidates should have passed ME/ M.Tech in Physics / Material Science / Nanoscience / Nanotechnology or its equivalent from a recognized board.
JPF/ SPF
- Candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech, Masters Degree, M.Sc, MS, ME/ M.Tech in Physics, Material Science, Nanoscience, Nanotechnology or its equivalent from a recognized board.
