Educational Qualification:

Deputy Manager:

• Candidates Should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering with a Surveyors Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics), or Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technology (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication), or Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Technology or Post-Graduate qualification in Chemistry (Preferably with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry), or Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with specialization in Materials Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

Senior Manager:

• Candidates Should have passed Post Graduate in Geology or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

Management Trainee:

• Candidates Should have passed CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance), Post Graduation Degree or Diploma in HR / Personnel / Materials or Bachelor’s Degree in Law including five years integrated LLB or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

Graduate Engineer Trainee:

• Candidates Should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (Electrical) / Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
