Educational Qualification:

Junior Executive:

(I) Technical (Production/ R&D/ Materials Management / Plant Maintenance/ Metro Testing & Commissioning):

  • Candidates should have passed Degree in Engineering (with aggregate 60% Marks) in Mechanical / Production/ Automobile Engineers, Electrical & Electronics Engineers, Electronic & Communications Engineers, Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized board.

(II) Technical – Industrial Safety:

  • Candidates should have passed Degree in Engineering (with aggregate 60% Marks) with Diploma in Fire & Safety or its equivalent from a recognized board.

(III) Digital Transformation (IT Functions):

  • Candidates should have passed First Class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Engineering Graduate/First Class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) or its equivalent from a recognized board.

(IV) Finance:

  • Candidates should have passed Inter CA/Inter CMA or its equivalent from a recognized board.

(V) Human Resource:

  • Candidates should have passed Graduate with First Class (with aggregate 60% Marks) Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs., full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution.

Management Trainee, Grade –II:

  • Candidates should have passed B.E/ B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics (including allied branches) with an average of 70% marks or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Management Trainee (HR):

  • Candidates should have passed Graduate with Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs., full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations from a recognized University / Institution or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum Age For Junior Executive: 30 – 32 years
  • Maximum Age For Management Trainee:27 years

Salary:

  • Junior Executive – Rs. 28,000 – 34,000/-
  • Management Trainee, Grade –II – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
  • Management Trainee (HR) – Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
